Rıza Ağdağ is an agricultural engineer who stands out in the fresh fruit and vegetable export sector with many years of experience. After completing his undergraduate education in Plant Protection and his master's degree in Chemistry, he specialized in export operations and supply chain management.

He has held managerial positions in several prominent agricultural and foreign trade companies, developing a strong approach that prioritizes quality in production processes and efficiency in logistics. In the journey of products from farm to table, he places special emphasis on sustainability, hygiene, and cold chain management.

By combining knowledge, experience, and vision in agriculture, he aims to successfully bring Turkey's agricultural potential to global markets.
